Job summary

Flip Retail in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Specifications Architect to specify firm’s items in projects, engaging with engineers and developers to align product specs and foster glass sales growth.

The role involves developing a sales pipeline, supporting the sales team on identified projects, and assisting marketing tasks. Proficiency in Excel and Word is required, with English mandatory and Arabic preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is desired, with 2+ years UAE/GCC experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in specifications or related roles in UAE/GCC is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for documentation and analysis.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design/Interior Decoration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specify firm’s items in projects after meetings with engineers and developers.
• Boost the rise of glass sales by identifying opportunities and creating product specs.
