Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Specification Manager to develop and manage product specifications for large-scale projects across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. You will collaborate with Architects and Interior Designers to ensure technical, aesthetic and performance compliance of joinery and related products.

Responsibilities include following up on each project, coordinating with the specification manager to hand over the project, and delivering weekly visit plans, progress reports

• Building and maintaining relationships with Architects and Interior Designers, Developer, & being one point of contact for all design related enquires and to ensure specified products meet technical, aesthetic, and performance requirements.
• Following up on each specified project and coordinate with the specification manager & to hand over the project until identify the selected joinery.
• Weekly visit plan report to be submitted each Friday.
• Weekly progress achievement report vs. plan.
• Monthly project report updates.
• Handing over all client samples as per the specs.

Job description
