Job summary

Aurora Talent client in Dubai seeks an experienced Specification Sales professional to drive project specifications across Dubai and KSA. You will build strong relationships with architects, designers and consultants, and lead the process from design through award to completion.

Responsibilities include managing the project pipeline, delivering CPD seminars and technical briefings, and collaborating with sales teams to convert specifications into secured projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in specification sales or a related field with strong ties to architects, designers and developers.
• Demonstrated ability to influence product selection and secure project specifications.
• Proven track record of building strategic relationships and converting specifications into projects.

• Influence product selection with technical guidance, samples and spec support.
• Conduct product presentations, CPD seminars, workshops, and technical briefings.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with A&D firms, developers, consultants and contractors.
• Collaborate with sales/commercial teams to convert specifications into secured projects.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, trends and upcoming projects.
• Maintain accurate project and CRM records and report on pipeline development.

Our client is a global building materials, and they are looking to hire new headcount in both Dubai & KSA.

Job Description:

• Drive specification sales by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, and consultants to secure product inclusion in project specifications and tender documents.
• Develop and manage project pipelines, tracking opportunities from early design and concept stages through specification, tender, contractor award, and project completion.
• Influence product selection by providing technical advice, product recommendations, samples, and specification support based on project requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, CPD seminars, workshops, and technical briefings to increase product awareness, educate stakeholders, and strengthen brand positioning.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key A&D firms, developers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to expand market presence and generate new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to convert successful specifications into secured projects and sales, supporting the transition from specification through to project award.
• Gather market intelligence by monitoring competitor activity, pricing, product developments, industry trends, and upcoming projects, providing actionable insights to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate project and CRM records, regularly reporting on specification activity, pipeline development, conversion rates, and market opportunities to support business planning and growth.
