Role Context

Demand for accessible outpatient urology services is increasing across Dubai 's residential communities. This role will expand the care available for benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract disorders, stone disease, incontinence, infections, male health concerns, sexual health conditions, and preventive urology. The Specialist Urologist will provide evidence-based consultations, diagnostic interpretation, clinic-based procedures, and continuing care. By building trusted patient relationships and working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, the physician will contribute to positive clinical outcomes and the continued growth of HealthHub JVC.

Key Responsibilities

• The position will combine independent specialist practice with coordinated multidisciplinary care and patient-base development.
• Deliver specialist urology consultations, clinical assessments, and follow-up care.
• Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, routine, and complex urological conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based investigation and treatment plans.
• Perform appropriate outpatient urological assessments and procedures within approved clinical privileges.
• Interpret laboratory findings, imaging results, and other diagnostic investigations.
• Manage benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract disorders, stone disease, incontinence, and urological infections.
• Provide consultations covering male health, sexual health, preventive urology, and long-term disease management.
• Explain diagnoses, treatment options, expected outcomes, and preventive measures clearly to patients.
• Collaborate with primary-care physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Establish and maintain a sustainable patient following through dependable clinical care.
• Maintain complete, accurate, confidential, and compliant medical records.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality-improvement activities, and continuing medical education.
• Follow applicable UAE licensing requirements, professional standards, and patient-safety protocols.
• Refer patients for hospital-based intervention or additional specialist care when clinically appropriate.

Ideal Profile

Applicants must hold a valid DHA, DOH, formerly HAAD, or MOH license as a Specialist Urologist. Previous UAE clinical experience and strong outpatient urology exposure are required, while at least five years of post-specialist experience is preferred. The ideal candidate can independently manage both common and complex urological cases, perform appropriate outpatient procedures, and develop lasting patient relationships. Experience gained in a community clinic, polyclinic, or medical center would be particularly relevant. Fluent English communication and excellent patient-engagement skills are essential. Arabic language ability is advantageous, along with a professional interest in male health, preventive urology, and multidisciplinary outpatient care.
