The Specialist Urologist - Outpatient Services role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is a Hospital and Health Care hiring opportunity at Al-Futtaim Health's modern HealthHub Clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle. The position offers an experienced physician the opportunity to develop a recognized urology service and establish a sustainable patient base within a growing community clinic. The successful candidate will manage routine and complex urological conditions while benefiting from strong referral pathways across the HealthHub network. Collaboration with family medicine, internal medicine, endocrinology, general practice, orthopaedics, paediatrics, and other specialties will support coordinated care and long-term practice development.
Role Context
Demand for accessible outpatient urology services is increasing across Dubai 's residential communities. This role will expand the care available for benign prostatic hyperplasia, urinary tract disorders, stone disease, incontinence, infections, male health concerns, sexual health conditions, and preventive urology. The Specialist Urologist will provide evidence-based consultations, diagnostic interpretation, clinic-based procedures, and continuing care. By building trusted patient relationships and working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues, the physician will contribute to positive clinical outcomes and the continued growth of HealthHub JVC.
Applicants must hold a valid DHA, DOH, formerly HAAD, or MOH license as a Specialist Urologist. Previous UAE clinical experience and strong outpatient urology exposure are required, while at least five years of post-specialist experience is preferred. The ideal candidate can independently manage both common and complex urological cases, perform appropriate outpatient procedures, and develop lasting patient relationships. Experience gained in a community clinic, polyclinic, or medical center would be particularly relevant. Fluent English communication and excellent patient-engagement skills are essential. Arabic language ability is advantageous, along with a professional interest in male health, preventive urology, and multidisciplinary outpatient care.
