Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is seeking a Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT to deliver high-quality reconstructive and aesthetic care in the UAE, aligned with local standards and clinical privileges.

You will assess and treat patients, perform procedures, coordinate pre- and post-operative care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while upholding patient safety and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS, MBChB or equivalent) required.
• UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an applicable recognized qualification.
• Eligible for UAE Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgery licence with credentialing/verification.
• Current Good Standing Certificate and required credentialing/verification documents.
• Strong surgical, communication and patient-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform surgical procedures within approved scope of practice and clinical privileges.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss risks, benefits and alternatives with patients.
• Manage post-operative care and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient-safety activities.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and professional competence.
