Job summary

SearchPlus HR is seeking a Specialist / Consultant Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT to provide high-quality reconstructive and aesthetic care in line with UAE standards and approved privileges. You will assess patients, perform procedures, and manage pre- and post-operative care within an approved scope.

Applicants should hold MBBS/MBChB or equivalent, UK CCT in Plastic Surgery, and be eligible for UAE licensure. Strong surgical, communication and patient-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MBBS/MBChB or equivalent).
• UK CCT in Plastic Surgery or an applicable recognized qualification.
• Relevant specialist/consultant-level experience.
• Eligible for UAE Specialist/Consultant Plastic Surgery licence, subject to health authority requirements.
• Current Good Standing Certificate and credentialing/verification documents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform surgical procedures within approved scope of practice and clinical privileges.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss risks, benefits and alternatives with patients.
• Manage post-operative care and potential complications.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient-safety activities.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge and professional competence.
