Overview

Specialist OBGYN - Arabic Women’s Care in Dubai is a clinically experienced obstetrics and gynecology specialist focused on maternity care, women's health, gynecologic procedures, and culturally sensitive patient communication. This role is suitable for a fluent Arabic‑speaking doctor who can manage routine and high‑risk pregnancies, support patients through prenatal and postnatal stages, and deliver evidence‑based care in a modern healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed obstetrics and gynecology consultations for patients seeking pregnancy care, reproductive health support, fertility guidance, and gynecologic treatment.
• Manage routine and high‑risk pregnancies with close attention to maternal wellbeing, fetal development, clinical risks, and safe delivery planning.
• Provide antenatal, natal, and postnatal care while supporting patients through every stage of pregnancy and recovery.
• Perform obstetric and gynecological procedures, including Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, D and C, colposcopy, and fertility‑related interventions.
• Diagnose and manage women's health concerns using clinical examination, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and appropriate follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with midwives, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, radiology teams, and other specialists to ensure complete and coordinated care.
• Communicate clearly with Arabic‑speaking patients and families, explaining diagnosis, treatment options, procedures, risks, and recovery plans in a reassuring manner.
• Maintain accurate consultation records, procedure notes, consent documentation, patient histories, and follow‑up plans.
• Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.
• Participate in departmental audits, CME activities, case reviews, and quality improvement programs.

Ideal Profile

• Fluent Arabic communication skills, spoken and written, are required.
• Specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, such as Arab Board, MRCOG, or equivalent recognized certification.
• Minimum 5 years of post‑specialization experience in a hospital, maternity department, or women’s health clinic.
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills across obstetrics and gynecology.
• Experience managing routine pregnancy care, high‑risk pregnancies, antenatal care, postnatal care, and gynecologic conditions.
• Skilled in Cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, D and C, colposcopy, and fertility‑related procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a culturally sensitive and patient‑centered approach.
• Ability to work confidently with multidisciplinary teams in a busy clinical environment.
• Strong commitment to evidence‑based practice, patient privacy, clinical documentation, and safe outcomes.
• Experience with diverse patient populations is an advantage.
