First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB is seeking an Emiratized support role in Abu Dhabi to assist management with weekly MIS pipeline and disbursal updates and to review monthly team achievements. The position emphasizes integrity in broker invoicing, loan document handling, and governance-related processing.

The ideal candidate has a finance or banking background with 1–2 years in banking, and is prepared to contribute to daily reconciliations and governance workflows while growing within FAB’s

• Bachelor's degree in finance & banking or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant banking sector experience.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and document handling.

Responsabilidades

• Brokers invoices reconciliation and ensuring information accuracy.
• End to end evaluations processing.
• Daily reconciliation of all Broker leads submissions and status updates.
• Central point for department RCSA, BIA, BCP, and KRIs.
• Preparing payment control sheet as per GIA requirement.

Key Accountability

• Brokers invoices reconciliation
• loan documents deferral closure insuring information accuracy
• Liaising with Brokers for more invoice related inquiry
• Brokers invoices system processing
• End to end evaluations processing
• Handling all Broker evaluations inquiry
• Daily reconciliation of all Broker leads submission
• Daily statues updating for all cases
• Controlling circulating evaluation tracker
• Managing updating master sheet tacker
• Replaying to all governance invoices requirement
• Central point for department RCSA BIA BCP KRI
• Preparing payment control sheet as per GIA requirement

Job Context

Preparing pipeline report to management showing team our cases and their flow

Preparing team achievement details

Assisting new staff joiner with all their requests and ensuring that they are updated

FRAMEWORKS BOUNDARIES amp DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks

Bachelor s degree in finance & Banking or related discipline.

Minimum Experience 1 to 2 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 2 years in similar positions.
