Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee day-to-day supply chain and logistics, ensuring efficiency and cost control in a high-volume environment in Dubai, UAE. You will manage end-to-end activities, RFQs, and regulatory registrations while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end supply chain activity for the assigned merchandise area.
• Manage RFQs per the ETE process and SLAs approved by the compliance team.
• Register products with relevant regulatory bodies and ensure certificates are up to date.
• Validate service provider invoices against agreed terms.
• Submit billing invoices and ensure timely processing by FSSC.
• Monitor daily replenishments, launches, store returns, orders and deliveries.
• Provide timely, relevant information to stakeholders for sound decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job description

ROLE SUMMARY

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for day‑to‑day operational supply chain and logistics of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. The role will be responsible for a seamless supply chain and logistics operations that meet the business objectives while being time and cost efficient.

ROLE PROFILE

• Execute the end-to-end supply chain activity for the assigned area (Merchandise).
• Manage and maintain the “Request for Quotation‑RFQ”, as per the ETE process and the SLAs approved by the compliance team
• Registration of products in concern regularity bodies and ensure that all certificates are up to date.
• Validate all Service providers invoices to ensure that charges are consistent with the agreed terms.
• Submit billing invoices in relevant systems and make sure this is being processed by FSSC on time.
• Monitor daily replenishments to stores/launch deliveries/store returns/orders and deliveries of Merchandise/non-Merchandise items and based on VM, Marketing requirements.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders by providing relevant and timely information for sound business decisions.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain/logistics or relevant field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Exposure to a high-volume transaction multi-site retail organization will be an advantage.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel
