Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle is hiring a Logistics Specialist to manage end-to-end movement of merchandise and non-merchandise items across multiple sites in Dubai. You will connect suppliers, stores, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost control.

The role requires 3-5 years in supply chain or logistics within a high-volume retail setting; strong Excel and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or related roles.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site retail environment is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end supply chain and logistics activities for assigned merchandise categories.
• Coordinate movement of products from suppliers through warehouses to stores.
• Monitor purchase-related logistics requirements and ensure shipments progress on schedule.
• Prepare and issue RFQ documents to approved logistics providers.
• Compare quotations against cost, service, and timelines; ensure documentation is complete.
• Coordinate product registrations and regulatory documentation; monitor certificates and renewals.
• Validate supplier invoices against contracts and rates; resolve discrepancies.
• Track orders and deliveries; support store replenishment and launches.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on shipment status and performance.
