Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Abu Dhabi seeks a Specialist Engineer to coordinate Asset data and SPIR for offshore facilities, including Wellhead Towers and subsea systems. The role interfaces with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate asset records.

The position is based in Abu Dhabi with rotations to offshore sites and involvement in asset lifecycle information management and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15-18 years in offshore oil & gas, EPC/EPCI, fabrication or asset management projects.
• Minimum 5 years in Asset Coordination, SPIR Management, Master Data Management, or Project Handover.
• Experience with Wellhead Towers, subsea cables, offshore piping, boat landings, foundation brackets and structural systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate asset registers for offshore projects.
• Review vendor SPIR submissions and ensure spare parts alignment with requirements.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables for asset management and lifecycle data.
• Coordinate project handover documentation to operations and support commissioning.
