Job summary

KBR is expanding its PMC team for a major ADNOC offshore development in Abu Dhabi. The Specialist Engineer - Asset/SPIR Coordination will manage asset registers, SPIR documentation and handover deliverables for offshore facilities, ensuring data integrity and compliant records across WHTs, subsea cables, piping, and foundations.

The role acts as a liaison between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operations and Supply Chain to secure seamless asset information transfer into

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Professional certifications in Asset Management or Maintenance Management are advantageous.
• Minimum 15-18 years of offshore EPC/EPCI/fabrication or asset management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Asset Coordination, SPIR Management, Master Data Management or Project Handover experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and coordinate asset registers for offshore projects.
• Coordinate asset master data creation and validation within client systems.
• Review vendor documentation to ensure asset information completeness.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables related to asset management and lifecycle data.
• Provide asset and SPIR coordination support for Wellhead Towers, offshore piping, subsea cables and related infrastructure.
• Coordinate project handover documentation to operations and commissioning teams.
• Ensure asset records are migrated into CMMS/ERP systems.
