Job summary

Client of Michael Page is seeking a data analytics professional to drive data-driven improvements across healthcare services. You will transform complex data into actionable business insights and analyse healthcare operational and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

You will support the integration of data from multiple sources into a unified analytics environment and partner with data engineers, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or QlikView.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborates across functions and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; fluent in Arabic and English.

Respond to ad hoc analysis requests and provide timely reporting support to leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Data Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar discipline.
• Strong experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
