You will design Power BI dashboards, analyze performance across revenue, expenses, and budgeting, consolidate data from ERP and hospital systems, and support senior leadership with forecasting and governance-compliant reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and Exec Management.
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Consolidate and validate data from ERP, Finance, HR, and Hospital Information Systems.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Perform variance analysis on budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with governance standards.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst - Finance to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for transforming complex financial and operational data into meaningful insights, supporting decision-making across our network of hospitals and healthcare facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, financial reporting, dashboard development, and healthcare or corporate finance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance and Executive Management.
• Analyze financial performance, revenue, expenses, profitability, budgeting, and forecasting data.
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources including ERP, Finance, HR, and Hospital Information Systems.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform variance analysis on budgets, forecasts, and actual performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Procurement, and senior leadership teams to identify reporting requirements.
• Support financial planning, business case analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300), CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience with healthcare finance, revenue cycle management, or hospital performance analytics.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and advanced analytics tools.
