Job summary

SearchPlus HR in Dubai seeks an experienced Surgical Oncologist to join a leading UAE healthcare facility. You will perform oncologic surgical procedures, evaluate patients, and develop comprehensive treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds MBBS or equivalent, MD/MS/DNB, and fellowship in Surgical Oncology with post‑specialization experience. Excellent clinical, communication, and decision‑making skills are essential, along with a commitment to patient safety

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in General Surgery.
• Fellowship or advanced qualification in Surgical Oncology is preferred.
• Relevant post-specialization experience in surgical oncology.
• Strong experience in oncological surgical procedures.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical management of patients with various solid tumours and cancers.
• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans.
• Perform complex oncological procedures in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
• Work closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in tumour boards and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient safety.
