Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy is assisting a leading UAE healthcare facility in Dubai to recruit an experienced Surgical Oncologist. The role involves managing solid tumours, developing surgical plans, and performing advanced oncologic procedures within a modern multidisciplinary environment.

The candidate will collaborate with medical, radiation oncologists and radiologists, participate in tumor boards, and maintain meticulous patient records.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in General Surgery.
• Fellowship or advanced qualification in Surgical Oncology is preferred.
• Relevant post-specialization experience in surgical oncology.
• Strong experience in oncological surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical management of patients with various solid tumours and cancers.
• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive surgical treatment plans.
• Perform complex oncological procedures in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
• Work closely with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in tumour boards and multidisciplinary case discussions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure high standards of patient safety.
