This role involves establishing a robust Inspection Management System and supporting company transformations in asset integrity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas. Key certifications include API 510, API 580, and CSWIP 3.2.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years experience in Oil and Gas fields.
  • Fully aware and qualified in API 510, API 580, CSWIP 3.2, ASNT Level 2 certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a robust Company Inspection Management System.

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Specialist Asset Integrity Engineer for an Offshore Project to be based in Abu Dhabi in Client Proposed office.

Responsibilities

Job Objectives

Establish a robust Company Inspection Management System Give support to COMPANY for smooth transformation to Asset Integrity & Process Safety AIPS following full RBI Methodology. Give support to Asset Integrity Management for new facilities (Projects) to achieve ADNOC Accelerate 100X Workstream Vision.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Development and implementation of Inspection Management System in compliance with ADNOC GROUP Asset Integrity Management Standards. Give support to AID while development of Inspection Management Strategy and support COMPANY transformation to Asset Integrity and Process Safety through establishing a high effectiveness RBI Methodology. Provide support to all Asset Owners and stakeholders for implementation of Asset Integrity Management Systems and sub- systems requirements and issuing of self-assessment report to ADNOC Upstream. Participate in AIMS different Audits and support closing Audits findings. Reflect the Requirements of New Risk Based Inspection RBI Plans into COMPANY One ERP SAP (Asset Register Maintenance Task list PdM & PM etc.). Give support to Asset Integrity Management for new facilities (Projects) during different project VAP Stages including registration of new facilities in CMMS One ERP SAP through:

  • Review Different VAP Stages SOW.
  • Set up Integrity RACI Matrix and Review related deliverables
  • Response to Technical Clarifications.
  • Attending and Participate in Project Meetings and Workshops (Operation Readiness CRAS Piggability Assurance Quality Audits Lessons learned sessions etc.).

Give support to site FI teams in solving integrity related technical issues. Develop/update all Inspection Task Lists for all static equipment in compliance with COMPANY updated and unified Technical Standards Documents TSDs and reflect the same into One ERP SAP.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (or) equivalent

Required Experience

Minimum 15 Years Experience in Oil and Gas Fields in the following areas:

  • Asset Integrity Management
  • Plant Inspection
  • Risk Based Inspection (RBI)
  • Project Integrity Assurance
  • Projects QC/QA

Qualifications & Certifications

Fully aware and Qualified in the following Individual Certification Programs:

  • API 510 - Pressure Vessel Inspector.
  • API 580 - Risk Based Inspection Professional.
  • CSWIP 3.2 (Senior Welding Inspector)
  • ASNT Level 2 RT UT PT and MT (Or equivalent)
