Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools.
• Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities with analytical thinking.
• Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Minimum 2 years in education.

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons in advance and email plans to the Head of Level and Academic Coordinator.
• Prepare and organize materials for classes.
• Fulfill objectives from general plans distributed for the year.
• Maintain the grade book and enter grades on time.
• Design and prepare monthly assessments for each topic.
• Grade all assigned work and manage attendance records.
• Collaborate with the Psychology Department to support students with academic or behavioral issues.
• Work with the Academic Coordinator and psychologist to support students with special needs.
• Attend meetings with teachers, coordinators, and assistant principals; participate in workshops and parent meetings.
