Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Teacher - Inclusion in Abu Dhabi to deliver high-quality teaching and targeted interventions for students with special educational needs. You will ensure inclusive practices, develop Individual Education Plans, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to raise student achievement and well-being.

The ideal candidate brings a BA in Special Education or related field with a PGCE and 1–2 years of classroom experience, and a passion for inclusive education.

Qualifications

• BA in Special Education, Education, or Psychology with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
• Experience supporting students where English is not their first language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons that inspire students and support academic outcomes.
• Promote inclusion within the classroom and school.
• Collaborate with parents to support student happiness and progress.
• Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans for SEN students.
• Coordinate with therapists and other specialists when required.
• Observe and assess SEN students to identify priority intervention areas.
