Orbitworks is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to own and grow our presence across key platforms. You’ll handle content creation, community engagement, paid social and performance analytics, telling the Orbitworks story and building an engaged UAE audience.

You’ll craft captions, develop a content calendar, launch paid campaigns and translate data into actionable insights. A fast-paced, collaborative tech environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with audience targeting, segmentation and retargeting.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining structured content calendars.
• Familiarity with scheduling/management platforms such as Hootsuite, Metricool or Buffer.
• Good understanding of social analytics and translating data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms.
• Create engaging, on-brand content including copy, carousels, briefs and short-form video concepts.
• Turn milestones, technical achievements, events and employee stories into engaging social content.
• Partner with Marketing, Communications, Design and internal teams to align content with campaigns.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social channels.
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns and boosted content across LinkedIn and Meta.
• Build audience targeting strategies using demographic, interest-based, behavioural, lookalike and retargeting.
• Monitor budgets/performance and optimize for stronger results.
• Track metrics: reach, impressions, engagement, followers, CTR and paid performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
