Orbitworks is seeking a sharp and creative Brand and Content Specialist to own our content creation, social media presence, employer branding and brand voice across the ecosystem. You’ll build Orbitworks narrative, showcasing our work, people and culture to candidates, partners, and the broader space community.

We want a self-starter who blends strategy with execution, with a proven track record of scaling online presence in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management or marketing in a fast-paced industry (tech, aerospace or startup preferred).
• Strong portfolio or links to brands/personal accounts you have scaled in the past.
• Excellent writing, editing and visual storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms and audience growth strategies.
• Ability to turn complex topics into clear, engaging and accessible content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Develop and execute Orbitworks content and social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, blog, etc.).
• Create engaging written, visual and video content to highlight Orbitworks projects, people and culture.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top global talent.
• Manage and grow Orbitworks digital presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across channels.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results and optimize content and campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership, People and BD teams to align campaigns with company goals.
• Monitor industry trends to position Orbitworks as a thought leader in the space and technology ecosystem.

We want someone who can bring Orbitworks to life online; a self-starter who is creative resourceful and sharp in execution. About the Role:

Must Haves:

• Basic video editing and production skills
• Exposure to employer branding or talent marketing in a high-growth environment

Orbitworks mission is to make space simple for organizations that want to deploy physical and virtual missions to space. Building on Loft Orbitals heritage Orbitworks will be the first commercial firm in the United Arab Emirates to mass-manufacture satellites. Orbitworks aims to manufacture tens of satellites annually and operates out of a 50000-square-foot facility in Abu Dhabi.
