Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks an experienced esthetician to perform spa treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies for members and guests. You will maintain high standards, assist with reception and sales, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited aesthetics diploma, has a minimum of two years’ experience, and a valid DHA license, with First Aid and CPR certifications. This role requires on-site service in a luxury spa environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited school of aesthetics.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an aesthetician.
• Valid DHA license required.
• Safety oriented First Aid certification.
• CPR - Basic Rescuer certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform all spa treatments on members and guests using safe and professional techniques.
• Deliver facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing services.
• Perform body treatments including massages, scrubs, and wraps.
• Maintain inventory of all products necessary for treatments.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with high standards.
• Assist in the beauty salon with reception and retail sales.
• Ensure Guest and Member satisfaction through high-quality service.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and safety manuals.
• Maintain accurate records and training logs.
• Ensure efficient billing of services.
