Job summary

Accor is seeking a Massage Therapist for our Dubai spa. You will provide professional massages, body treatments, and facials, ensuring guest comfort while upholding high hygiene and safety standards.

You will maintain a service-oriented attitude, assist guests with department information, and collaborate with reception and spa teams to create an excellent work environment. A High School Diploma is required, with preferred experience as a Massage Therapist.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience as Massage Therapist preferred.
• All professional licenses must be current.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace at all times, ensuring that all equipment operates according to safety and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team of receptionists and other Spa department members to create an excellent work environment and team spirit.
• Follow departmental, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
