Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced Security Officer to actively participate in daily security operations, monitor access, and ensure safety for guests, staff and property. The role requires tact, discretion, and a thorough understanding of hotel layout and daily events.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience in 5-star luxury hotels, strong English skills, and a preference for candidates with a SIRA Security License.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 5 stars luxury hotels, preferably in Dubai.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Holding SIRA Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Monitor and control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
• Record and control all visitors’ belongings / items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and be aware of daily operations of the hotel.
• To patrol the areas of responsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests
• Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.
• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guard ensuring their performance meets expectations.

What You Will Do
