Job summary

Rotana Beach Abu Dhabi is seeking dynamic spa professionals to join our on-site team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves welcoming guests, handling reservations and payments, promoting spa services, and maintaining locker and reception areas to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate has hotel experience, a diploma or degree in hospitality, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset to deliver exceptional service at our wellness facilities.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience within a hotel.
• Diploma / degree in hospitality.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle complaints.
• Teamwork and taking responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all reservations, payment and tracking procedures, established for the Spa facilities as required
• Create a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels before and after use
• Promote all activities and services that are offered within the Spa
• Post charges in micros that may incurred by guests and carry out correct accounting procedures
• Periodically check on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities
• Ensure all the reception area is tidy and clean and that all materials e.g. towels, newspapers, magazines and advertising material is readily available
• Encourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and available facilities
