Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh and mix ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality and temperature.
• Set up and break down work station; clean kitchen area, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety policies, report maintenance issues, and maintain professional appearance.
