Job summary

Reeqwest in Dubai is seeking a professional Sous Chef to follow our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines, applying culinary and managerial skills to maintain customer satisfaction.

You will help design and implement menus, produce high-quality plates, and ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our standards, while stepping in for the Executive Chef when necessary.

Salary ranges from 4,000 to 5,500 USD with on-site employment and accommodation provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and team management.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and costing menus.
• Produce high-quality plates with attention to presentation and taste.

Job Description / Role

Our client is looking for a professional Sous Chef to be following our Executive Chef’s specifications and guidelines. The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers’ satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
