Job summary

DEAL Holdings is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations in UAE. You will ensure consistent food quality, drive efficient service, and nurture team performance. This role acts as the second-in-command within the kitchen.

You will supervise sections, manage mise en place, and lead shifts when needed, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards and helping develop junior chefs for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ kitchen experience.
• Strong section and service leadership skills.
• Good understanding of cost control and food safety.
