Job summary

EliteUSA, a luxury concierge and sourcing business, is seeking a Sourcing Lead based in Dubai to organize its sourcing network across the U.S. and Europe and to collaborate with regional teams.

You will build and maintain vendor relationships, set guidelines on sourcing fees and terms, review costs, and help regional teams operate more consistently.

English is required; Arabic is a plus. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sourcing or luxury retail and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, buying, vendor management, or luxury retail.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-vendor management abilities.
• English required; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and strengthen EliteUSA’s sourcing network across the U.S. and Europe.
• Work with regional sourcing teams to identify where stronger vendor relationships are needed.
• Build and maintain a clear view of key vendors, sourcing partners, fees, terms, and capabilities.
• Review sourcing costs and help improve commercial terms and margin.
• Set guidelines around vendor selection, sourcing fees, pricing, and approvals.
• Track sourcing performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Support difficult or high-priority sourcing escalations.
• Help evaluate new vendors and sourcing channels.
• Document vendor information for team use.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to improve handoffs.
• Help regional teams operate more consistently and efficiently.

EliteUSA is a luxury concierge and sourcing business serving VIP and high-value clients across the globe.

We are hiring a Sourcing Lead to help strengthen and organize our sourcing function across the U.S. and Europe. This role will be based in Dubai and will work closely with regional sourcing resources in each market.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and strengthen EliteUSA’s sourcing network across the U.S. and Europe.
• Work with regional sourcing teams to identify where stronger vendor relationships are needed.
• Build and maintain a clear view of key vendors, sourcing partners, fees, terms, and capabilities.
• Review sourcing costs and help improve commercial terms and margin.
• Set guidelines around vendor selection, sourcing fees, pricing, and approvals.
• Track sourcing performance and identify where requests are getting stuck.
• Support difficult or high-priority sourcing escalations.
• Help evaluate new vendors and sourcing channels.
• Make sure vendor and sourcing information is properly documented and easy for the team to use.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Logistics to improve handoffs and communication.
• Help regional teams operate more consistently and efficiently.

Skills

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, buying, vendor management, or luxury retail.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Good commercial judgment and understanding of sourcing economics.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple vendors and priorities.
• Able to bring structure to a fast‑moving environment.
• Hands‑on and willing to get into the details when needed.
• Strong follow‑through and communication.
• Comfortable working with teams across different countries and time zones.
• Luxury or fashion experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, buying, vendor management, or luxury retail.
• Experience working with international vendors or sourcing partners.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, or high-end retail is a plus.
• English required; Arabic is a plus.

• Improve visibility into sourcing costs and vendor performance.
