Job summary

EliteUSA in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Sourcing Coordinator to join our growing luxury team. You will coordinate daily sourcing requests, liaise with vendors, and track product availability, pricing, and sourcing activity to keep projects on track.

We value strong written and verbal English, excellent organization, and a proactive mindset. Luxury fashion interest and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential; previous luxury sourcing experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, procurement, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Quick learner with a genuine interest in luxury fashion and products.
• Luxury industry experience is not required.

About the Role

Previous luxury or sourcing experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
