Job summary

EliteUSA in Dubai is seeking a proactive Sourcing Coordinator to join our growing team. The role focuses on coordinating daily sourcing requests, tracking product availability and pricing, and maintaining organized records of sourcing activity.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in related coordination roles, with excellent English communication and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced luxury environment. Training will be provided, and luxury experience is not required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, procurement, account coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sourcing Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in coordination, project management, operations, or vendor management who is interested in developing a career within the luxury industry.

Previous luxury or sourcing experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
