Job summary

JobCenter in Dubai is seeking a Sommelier for a high-end restaurant to oversee the wine selection and service. You will advise guests on wine pairings and maintain knowledge of global wines to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

You will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure wine and food harmony, manage storage and rotation of wine, and train staff on proper wine service. Competitive salary and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a sommelier or similar role (willing to consider candidates without experience)
• Extensive knowledge of different types of wines & grape varieties

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for overseeing the wine selection and service of our guests. You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of different wines and grape varieties and advise guests on wine selections that will best complement their meals. A salary of 1600 is offered for this position. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
