We are looking for a Sommelier to join our team at a prestigious restaurant in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of wines and will be responsible for maintaining the wine list and proposing suitable pairings with menus.

The Sommelier will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, advising diners on the selection of wines, as well as suggesting complementary dishes. Furthermore, they must ensure that all glasses and equipment are kept clean and in good condition.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills both in English and Arabic, as well as excellent organizational skills. They should have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar role and preferably hold the WSET Level 3 Award or equivalent qualification.
