Job summary

Cainiao Group in Dubai seeks an experienced professional to support the sales team in delivering supply chain digitalization solutions. You will leverage our software portfolio, including execution software, Control Tower, planning, and AI agents, to engage clients effectively.

Applicants should have 5+ years in software product management or supply chain consulting, with English and Arabic proficiency preferred for engaging local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, IT, AI, or related fields.
• 5+ years of working experience in software product management, software project delivery, or supply chain consulting.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (prefer) is required to effectively engage with local clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in delivering supply chain digitalization solutions to clients, leveraging our BU's software portfolio (including supply chain execution software, Control Tower, Planning, and AI Agents).
• Possess a deep understanding of supply chain digital transformation scenarios with end-to-end delivery experience in software projects.
• Be highly proactive, self-driven, and always customer-value oriented.

• Possess a deep understanding of supply chain digital transformation scenarios, with proven end-to-end delivery experience in software projects. Familiarity with retail O2O transformation and express logistics operations is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong business communication skills in English and the ability to draft high-quality solution proposals and presentations.
• Be highly proactive, self-driven, and always customer-value oriented.
