Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking experienced Supply Chain Transformation professionals to lead strategy, digital transformation and analytics engagements across key sectors. Directors will drive large, multi-disciplinary engagements and build C-level relationships.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in supply chain consulting, strong leadership, and deep expertise in at least two core areas such as demand planning, S&OP or logistics optimization. Arabic is a plus in the Middle East market.

Qualifications

• Director: 10+ years of Supply Chain experience with client-facing leadership.
• Manager: 5+ years in Supply Chain Strategy, Consulting or Transformation.
• Deep expertise in 2 areas: Demand Planning, S&OP, Logistics, Sourcing or Inventory.
• Strong exposure to Supply Chain Analytics, AI and digital transformation.
• Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder or similar planning platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation projects from diagnostic to implementation.
• Optimize Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Inventory and Fulfilment.
• Design data-driven solutions using Advanced Analytics, AI and digital technologies.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases with measurable ROI/KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional client workshops and agile transformation initiatives.
• Build C-level relationships, drive business development, shape proposals/deals.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to supply chain thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Transformation projects from diagnostic and strategy through implementation.
• Optimize Demand Planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Logistics, Sourcing, Inventory and Fulfilment.
• Design data-driven solutions using Advanced Analytics, AI and digital technologies, including demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and business cases based on measurable ROI and operational KPIs.
• Leverage supply chain platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, ERP and Analytics/BI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional client teams, workshops and agile transformation initiatives.
• Director level: Build C-level relationships, drive business development, shape proposals/deals and lead large multidisciplinary engagements.
• Mentor and develop consulting teams and contribute to supply chain thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Director: 10+ years of Supply Chain experience with strong consulting/client-facing leadership.

• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Middle East industrial market experience or strong regional interest preferred.
