Job summary

WizardingCode is seeking a seasoned delivery professional to lead Gulf-based client work from diagnostics to a live Agentic OS within 30 days. You will run workshops, translate findings into an actionable OS design, and own the 30-day delivery plan with the client and engineers until launch.

This role requires hands-on experience in applying LLMs to real workflows, strong written and verbal communication, and fluent English. Based in Dubai with office access is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical work with clients.
• Ability to read API docs and process maps and explain to a CFO.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real workflows.
• Calm under pressure with clear written communication.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate findings into an Agentic OS design: which agents, which rules, which tools, and what we measure.
• Write the fixed-price build plan with the engineers, and hold the scope once it is signed.
• Lead the 30-day build with the client: weekly reviews, decisions, shadow mode, launch.
• Run the monthly performance reviews after launch and decide, with the client, which agents come next.
• Work with the sales team so every handover starts with the right expectations.

Lead our client work in the Gulf, from the first Diagnostic workshop to an Agentic OS live in 30 days.

When a client in the region says yes, someone has to turn a signed setup into agents that do real work. That's you. You'll run the Diagnostic workshops, turn what you hear into an OS design our engineers can build, and own the 30 days until it goes live: the client, the plan, the decisions and the number we agreed on day one. After launch, you stay the person the client calls.

What you'll do

• Run Diagnostic workshops with the teams that do the work, and map where agents can take it on.
• Turn what you find into an Agentic OS design: which agents, which rules, which tools, and what we measure.
• Write the fixed-price build plan with the engineers, and hold the scope once it is signed.
• Lead the 30-day build with the client: weekly reviews, decisions, shadow mode, launch.

What you bring

• 5+ years leading technical work with clients: consulting, solutions engineering, product or delivery.
• You read an API doc and a process map with the same ease, and can explain both to a CFO.
• Hands-on experience putting LLMs into real workflows, not only slides about them.
• Calm in the room when a project gets hard, and clear in writing afterwards.
• Fluent English. Arabic or Portuguese is a plus.
• Based in Dubai and working from our office with the team.

Nice to have

• You have written prompts, evals or automations yourself.
• Experience with the ERPs, helpdesks and CRMs companies in the region run on.
• A network among operations and finance leaders in the Gulf.
