Job summary

Qureos Inc seeks a Solutions Engineer for Sales Delivery & Success to shape pre-sales solutions and lead enterprise SaaS implementations. You will manage technical demos, RFP/RFI responses and PoCs while guiding clients through integration, testing and go-live.

Post-implementation you become the trusted advisor for adoption, renewals and upsell opportunities, coordinating across Sales, Product and Engineering to maximise customer value in banking/fintech contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS for banking/financial services.
• Proven track record in solutions engineering, implementation and customer success.
• Experience with APIs, data integration and ETL in SaaS deployments.
• Understanding of banking regulations and GCC markets.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: support sales with technical demos, RFPs/RFIs and PoCs.
• Delivery: own end-to-end project implementations with clients and integrations.
• Customer Success: drive adoption, renewals and expansion via upsell.
• Bridge between Sales, Product, Engineering and clients to maximize impact.
• Ensure compliance, security requirements and enterprise-grade delivery.
