Job summary

Qureos is seeking an IT Solution Architect to design, implement, and govern scalable IT solutions across the organization. The role partners with stakeholders and vendors to ensure architecture is secure, future-ready, and aligned with business needs.

You will lead project coordination, application management, and architectural design with a focus on performance, scalability, and security, reporting to the Senior Manager - Group IT Applications.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) or CRM platforms are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in application management, systems engineering, or software development with solution architecture exposure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, consult, and coordinate projects related to application design, development, and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Oversee alignment of project goals with business requirements and ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Maintain, customize, and enhance business applications based on user requirements.
• Collaborate with end-users to tailor solutions to their needs.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration changes to improve system performance.
• Define and document overall solution architecture aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and select technologies, platforms, and tools for solutions.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
