You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, payments, and after‑sales support, while maintaining ERP agility and accurate sales records. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Sell products by executing sales plans and staying updated on the full product range via catalogs and data sheets.
• Achieve monthly sales budgets for the assigned brand/category.
• Meet monthly targets and visit quotas, uphold call quality, set appointments, and acquire customers with solid payment history.
• Initiate plans to penetrate markets and develop new customers, including traders and end-users.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
• Monitor competing brands and market pricing.
• Use print and digital media to spot new projects, trends, and opportunities.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities via email, calls, contacts, and visits.
• Keep precise records of sales activities and touchpoints.
• Follow up on quotes, negotiate terms, and close orders.
• Schedule visits in advance to expand opportunities.
• Prepare weekly sales and visit plans and review with Line Manager.
• Grow the customer base in line with KPIs.
• Perform product demonstrations effectively.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, coordinating with technical teams.
• Ensure timely payment follow-ups within credit terms.
• Use ERP systems to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor and update pending SOs and DOs to ensure smooth operations.
• Address complaints professionally and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales Coordinator to support operations.
• Ensure timely deliveries through inter-department coordination.
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices.
• Track DOs and invoices to secure timely payments.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager or HOD.
