Job summary

First Point Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise and government clients. You will drive presales, architecture design, solution delivery, and customer handover while serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Design scalable ITSM/ITOM architectures and AI platforms across hybrid environments, engaging senior stakeholders and shaping modern technology strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solution architecture experience.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Monitoring/Observability or AIOps platforms.
• Experience integrating AI, automation or Generative AI into enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive full solution lifecycle from presales to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End Solution Ownership

• Drive the full solution lifecycle, covering presales, architecture design, solution delivery, and customer handover.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor for enterprise and government customers.

Architect Enterprise ITSM, ITOM & AI Solutions

• Design scalable and secure solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), AIOps, Observability, and AI Platforms.
• Build architectures for cloud, on-premise, hybrid, and sovereign environments.

Engage Senior Stakeholders

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise ITSM, ITOM, Monitoring, Observability, or AIOps platforms.

AI & Modern Technology Exposure

• Experience integrating AI, Automation, Generative AI, LLMs, or AIOps capabilities into enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure.
