Job summary
Quantexa in Dubai is seeking an exceptional Solution Engineer to join the META team. You will articulate complex concepts, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and lead PoCs with customers across Banking/FSI.

Qualifications
- Experience in a commercially focused, technical role such as Solution Engineering or Presales.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication with strong customer engagement.
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience across at least two solution areas with deep expertise in one.
- Led at least five proving engagements (PoCs, prototypes, workshops, or demos).
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders at Tier 1 organisations.
- Experience mentoring teammates.
Responsibilities
- Be a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform with real-world applications.
- Demonstrate understanding of Banking and Financial Services industry (FSI) practices.
- Articulate platform value and solve pain points for customers.
- Represent Quantexa at industry events, meetings and webinars.
- Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs and RFIs.
- Take ownership of design and execution of PoCs and trials.
- Collaborate on tailored solutions with partners and customers.
- Design and deliver customised product demonstrations remotely or in-person.
- Guide discovery sessions to uncover business challenges.
