Job summary

MultiBank Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Quantitative Dealing team in Dubai. You will own the reporting ecosystem, work with Quantitative Analysts, and drive data-driven solutions across Dealing, Finance, and Operations.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, production reporting experience, and a keen eye for data quality. You will interface with AWS data infrastructure and contribute to AI-driven enhancements in client profiling and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Data Analytics, Reporting Analytics or similar data-focused roles.
• Mandatory experience in FX, CFD, brokerage, trading, or financial markets.
• Proficient in Python for data processing, analysis, and automation.
• Strong SQL skills with complex datasets.
• Experience building and maintaining production reporting and analytics solutions.
• Understanding data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve a portfolio of reports, analytics, and internal data applications.
• Translate business requirements into reliable, scalable solutions.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve complex data discrepancies across systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis on reporting issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Use Python and SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze large datasets.
• Design and enhance reporting workflows and internal tools to meet evolving needs.
• Work with AWS-based data infrastructure (Glue, Data Catalog, Athena).
• Document reporting logic, data lineage, and technical processes.
• Provide analytical insights from trading and operational data.
