MultiBank Group, a regulated fintech with two decades of experience, seeks a seasoned Solution Architect in Dubai to design scalable, reliable systems across crypto spot and CFD platforms. You will shape end-to-end architectures, drive technology choices, and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-volume, low-latency financial services.

The role requires 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in architecture, strong communication, and experience in fintech architectures.

Formación

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in architecture roles
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture
• Experience architecting high-scale, low-latency financial systems
• Strong knowledge of multiple technology stacks and integration patterns
• Expertise in API design, event-driven architecture, and data modeling
• Understanding of security, compliance, and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fintech or financial services architecture experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end solutions for complex business requirements

We need experienced Solution Architects to design scalable, reliable systems that support our growth.

The Challenge

You’ll architect solutions for complex business problems spanning multiple systems and teams. This requires architects who can balance technical ideals with practical constraints - designing systems that are scalable, maintainable, and deliverable within business timelines.

The role demands broad technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence technical direction across the organization.

What You’ll Do
