MultiBank Group, a regulated fintech with two decades of experience, seeks a seasoned Solution Architect in Dubai to design scalable, reliable systems across crypto spot and CFD platforms. You will shape end-to-end architectures, drive technology choices, and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-volume, low-latency financial services.

The role requires 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in architecture, strong communication, and experience in fintech architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in architecture roles
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture
• Experience architecting high-scale, low-latency financial systems
• Strong knowledge of multiple technology stacks and integration patterns
• Expertise in API design, event-driven architecture, and data modeling
• Understanding of security, compliance, and operational excellence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fintech or financial services architecture experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end solutions for complex business requirements
• Define system architecture, integration patterns, and technology choices
• Create technical specifications and architecture documentation
• Review and approve designs from engineering teams
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption strategies
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and reliability requirements
• Partner with Product and Engineering on technical feasibility
• Drive architectural standards and best practices
• Mentor engineers on architecture and design patterns
