Job summary

Dicetek LLC seeks an experienced Functional Design and Configuration lead for Oracle FLEXCUBE in Abu Dhabi. You will drive functional and technical design across FLEXCUBE modules, define product parameterisation for various banking products, and run fit-gap workshops to leverage standard functionality.

You will oversee end-of-day and end-of-year processing and coordinate integrations via Gateway services and Oracle Banking APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science Finance Banking or related field.
• 10–15+ years in core banking with 8+ years in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking 12x or 14x.
• At least one full-lifecycle FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade or migration in a large bank.
• Deep knowledge of retail and corporate banking products, accounting and the General Ledger.
• UAE or GCC banking experience strongly preferred; Islamic banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical design across FLEXCUBE modules include Core, CIF CASA, Term Deposits, Retail and Corporate Lending.
• Define product interest charges, limits and accounting parameterisation for conventional and Islamic products.
• Run fit-gap workshops; recommend standard functionality before any customization per Lean Core.
• Design batch processing for end-of-day, end-of-month and end-of-year and dependencies.
• Define FLEXCUBE integration through Gateway services, Oracle Banking APIs, and events; align with BIAN services.
• Work with Integration Architect to decouple channels from the core and migrate logic out of legacy ESB.

Job description

Functional Design and Configuration

• Lead functional and technical design across FLEXCUBE modules including Core and CIF CASA Term Deposits Retail and Corporate Lending Trade Finance Payments and General Ledger
• Define product interest charges limits and accounting parameterisation for conventional and where applicable Islamic products
• Run fit-gap workshops and recommend solutions that use standard functionality before any customisation in line with Lean Core principles
• Design end-of-day end-of-month and end-of-year batch processing and its dependencies
• Integration and Architecture Define FLEXCUBE integration through Gateway services Oracle Banking APIs and events and align them with BIAN-aligned capability services
• Work with the Integration Architect to decouple channels from the core and migrate logic out of legacy ESB services
• Assess the impact of FLEXCUBE changes on downstream systems such as payments cards CRM AML regulatory reporting and the data platform

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Finance Banking or a related field 10 15 years of experience in core banking with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking 12 x or 14 x

At least one full-lifecycle FLEXCUBE implementation upgrade or migration in a large bank

Deep knowledge of retail and corporate banking products accounting and the General Ledger UAE or GCC banking experience strongly preferred Islamic banking experience is an advantage
