Job summary

One75mb HRM Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to own trading/brokerage platforms, OMS, FIX protocol, and market connectivity.

You will develop, integrate and manage brokerage systems, and ensure low-latency connectivity with regional exchanges such as DFM, ADX and Tadawul.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience, deep knowledge of OMS and FIX, and proficiency in Java, C++, Node.js and React.js within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Trading/Brokerage platforms.
• Strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and FIX Protocol.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of brokerage platforms, from client onboarding to order execution and settlement.
• Integrate trading, risk management and compliance systems.
• Enhance market connectivity and ensure reliable, low‑latency integration with regional exchanges.
• Handle platform upgrades, vendor coordination and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high availability.
• Develop and integrate RESTful services and real‑time event‑driven solutions.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience in developing, integrating and managing brokerage systems, preferably with exposure to TradeNet and regional stock exchanges.

• Knowledge of exchange connectivity, particularly DFM, ADX and Tadawul.
• Understanding of institutional equities workflows, including algorithmic, high-touch and low-touch trading.
• Hands‑on experience with Java, C++, Node.js and React.js.
• Strong database knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka, REST APIs and event‑driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
