Job summary

GSS Tech Group in Dubai is seeking a Brokerage Platform Lead to own the platform across its lifecycle, from onboarding to order execution and settlement. You will connect to DFM, ADX, Tadawul and collaborate with trading, risk, compliance, and operations teams to keep the system fast, compliant, and resilient.

The role requires deep front-to-back brokerage knowledge, expertise in OMS and FIX, and hands-on development with Java/C++, Node.js or React, plus SQL databases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience on trading or brokerage platforms.
• Exposure to Tradenet or comparable brokerage platform.
• Strong front-to-back brokerage system architecture knowledge.
• Expertise in OMS and FIX protocol; deep market connectivity to exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of the brokerage platform including onboarding, order capture, execution, clearing and settlement.
• Coordinate with trading, risk, compliance, and operations for seamless integration.
• Drive enhancements in market connectivity to ensure low latency and reliability with regional exchanges.
• Lead platform upgrades, coordinate with vendors and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Promote Agile practices and contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning and release management.

GSS Tech Group is hiring a Brokerage Platform Lead for one of our enterprise clients in the UAE capital markets sector In this role you will own the client s trading and brokerage platform across its full lifecycle from client onboarding through order execution to settlement You will be the main technical owner for market connectivity to regional exchanges including DFM ADX and Tadawul and you will work closely with trading risk compliance and operations teams to keep the platform fast stable compliant and continuously improving This is a high ownership position for someone who understands how an order moves front to back and has run a brokerage platform in a regulated environment

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of the brokerage platform covering onboarding order capture execution clearing and settlement
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration with trading risk and compliance systems
• Drive enhancements in market connectivity ensuring low latency and highly reliable links to regional exchanges
• Lead platform upgrades coordinate with vendors and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Champion Agile practices and contribute to backlog grooming sprint planning and release management
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability and resilience

Requirements

• Must Have Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience working on trading or brokerage platforms Proven exposure to Tradenet or a comparable brokerage platform Strong understanding of front to back brokerage system architecture Expertise in Order Management Systems OMS and the FIX protocol Deep knowledge of market connectivity with exchanges such as DFM ADX and Tadawul Solid grasp of institutional equities workflows including algorithmic trading and both high touch and low touch order flows Proficiency in Oracle and PostgreSQL databases Experience building and integrating RESTful services Agile delivery experience using JIRA Git and CI CD pipelines
• Strong Advantage Familiarity with Kafka for real time data streaming and event driven architecture Hands on development experience in Java and or C with exposure to Node js and React
