Job summary

Windmills Group in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Software Development Officer to join our software team and contribute to building and maintaining high-quality PHP applications. You will work with Laravel and Yii2, implement features, fix defects, and document technical work.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS or related field and at least 5 years of professional software development experience, with strong problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills and a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum
