Job summary

Coldwell Banker Swap UAE is seeking a creative Social Media & Videographer to manage our social content and produce high-quality videos to strengthen our brand presence. You will shoot, edit, and publish reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and HR to ensure brand consistency.

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Videographer to manage our social media content and produce high-quality videos that strengthen our brand presence and generate engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in videography, video editing, social media management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, property tours, agent videos, interviews, and promotional content.
• Develop creative content ideas based on current social media trends and audience interests.
• Develop and implement social media growth strategies using relevant tools, audience insights, and engagement techniques to increase followers, reach, engagement, and overall online presence.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media content calendar.
• Capture professional photos and videos of properties, team members, events, and company activities.
• Edit videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and branding elements to video content.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to create content aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, and content strategies.
• Support social media campaigns and promotional activities with creative visual content.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.
• Organize and maintain the company's photo and video content library.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production and social media content.
• Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, camera operation, and audio recording.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to different property locations when required.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience in the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
• Experience creating property tours, real estate reels, agent branding, and lifestyle content.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and paid social media campaigns.
• Photography and drone videography experience is a plus.
