Job summary

Altura Property Group in Dubai seeks a talented Videographer, Photographer, and Editor to join the marketing team. You will produce high-quality visual content for residential and commercial properties across digital platforms, collaborating with sales agents and the marketing team to strengthen the brand and drive enquiries.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling and branding, with 2–5 years of experience and a robust portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as photographer and videographer in real estate or luxury content.
• Strong portfolio with photography and video production work (include link).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Experience creating short form social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, framing and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture high quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
• Produce engaging property walkthrough videos, cinematic reels, and social media content.
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Operate drones for aerial photography and videography where required (if licensed).
• Collaborate with marketing to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Coordinate shoot schedules with sales and leasing agents.
• Stay updated on industry trends and social formats.

About the Role

Altura Property Group is looking for a talented and versatile Videographer, Photographer, and Editor to join our marketing team in Dubai. This role is responsible for producing high quality visual content that showcases our residential and commercial properties across digital and social platforms.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and branding, with experience creating engaging photography and video content for the real estate industry. You will work closely with the marketing team and sales agents to produce content that strengthens our brand and drives property enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and off plan properties
• Produce engaging property walkthrough videos, cinematic reels, and social media content
• Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software
• Operate drones for aerial photography and videography where required (if licensed)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry trends, social media content formats, and emerging photography and videography techniques
• Manage multiple shoots and deliver high quality content within agreed deadlines
• Coordinate shoot schedules directly with sales and leasing agents

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a photographer and videographer, ideally within real estate, interiors, or luxury lifestyle content
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional photography and video production work (please include a link when applying)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)
• Experience creating short form social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, framing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Valid UAE driving license, as the role involves travelling to multiple property locations across Dubai
• Drone license (GCAA) is an advantage but not essential
